Mr. Gottlieb has significant experience in various aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, tenants-in-common transactions, loans, leases, landlord/tenant matters, and entity formation and governance. Furthermore, Mr. Gottlieb has worked extensively in the residential mortgage lending industry, helping clients with mortgage banker/broker/servicer licensing, negotiating warehouse and correspondent agreements, and defending against investor repurchase demands.
Technology -
First as a pioneer in online services in the 1990s, and later as the founding principal of a regional technology consulting company, Mr. Gottlieb's 13 years in the technology industry prior to his legal career provides him with the broad technology background to advise your technology company.
